Why somebody have lost progress in Project Cars 3?

I can confirm the game sold off or outright lost one of my cars. It was the Lamborghini Aventador, one of my preferred cars. Suddenly it was just gone!

My save keeps getting getting reset from what's supposed to be on the Steam Cloud then it uploads the reset save to replace the good save.

I have to go to the other PCs I have my save on and make sure it backs that one up to the Cloud without downloading the reset save and wiping my progress.

Are you playing on a Steam Deck or just regular PCs?

This happens to me regularly with PC3. In fact, I went to play it this very night and it happened. That, of course, is when I discover my back-up of the savegame is somehow 4 months old. Oops. It is rather annoying.

I can't speak for SolidSonicMania, but I'm running on PC. More precisely, my laptop and another PC. It's probably when I go from one to the other on subsequent sessions the sync issues happen.

When switching from Windows to Linux (dual-boot). the issue happend to me.
Since only playing on one installation of the game, it never happend again.
