I'm sure it will flare up a bit once they actually decide to release the update they are working on, cus you are correct that they are dragging their feet on that regard, big time.
I guess they don't want to release a lot of patches in a row due to the cost involved for the ports (they can't do that themselves). Death by penny pinching :)
They are also sarcastic depending of what are you arguing there even if you get straight to the point. Very poor customer support at all. I can see almost 8 moderator there, is is a lot of them. It looks like there is more moderatos than developers hahahaha
As for Discord. Public forums aren't safe for SMS employees.
It's a "relatively" small team. Not all employees for SMS work on their Project CARS line. They have a mobile division and have delivered several mobile titles. It's more a case of stretching what they have too thin with too many irons in the fire.
I'd say put all your effort into the game you're charging upto £75 for and not worry about PCars Go or the Mad Box (unreleased projects). But there is an excuse for everything from this lot and their fans.
