Driving physics compared to Forza 7/ GT Sport?
People keep throwing around the term arcade, but from the videos I've watched it's more simcade.
Constructive answers please, and only about driving physics.

It's more sim than those games. the more you get into the game and the tunning and upgrade options the more sim like it becomes.

Driving physics remind me of Gran Turismo the most. It's more realistic than other simcades, but only slightly. It doesn't feel like Project CARS 1 or 2. But this one was designed to work with a gamepad, so concessions had to be made. With a gamepad it's exceptionally better than either of the previous games. If you refuse to race without a wheel, stick to Project CARS 2. If you like racing with a gampad on occasion, get both.

Gran Turismo 4 is one of my favorite racing games, 5 was ok, 6 was great online
if this is anything like Gran Turismo on PC I will be a happy camper
never tried GT sport, straight from PS3 to PC, dont use a game pad, strictly wheel and pedal

I played GT 5 and 6. I'd say it is similar. Doesn't have 1200 cars, though, and the amazing photo mode is missing. Handling is very, very awesome. It is hard to remember the old GTs, but compared to the more recent Forza 7, the cars feel actually better. Most of the cars in F7 feel like they have plastic wheels and are too lightweight. PC3 is just right.

Racing in class E and class D cars the game feels more arcade-like than forza or gt to me, controlled slides around the corners are really easy, it's hard to actually spin out. The handful of laps I had with one GT class car I tried for pc3 felt more realistic than E and D though.

both forza and PC2 had wonky car handling, forza physics make the cars drive terrible, like walking a balance beam, not connected to the road, I actually like the more arcade horizon car feel better than the main forza motorsport, if I am playing an arcade game
PC2 made some of the cars feel weird, but not forza bad, just not very consistent, that why I never felt PC2 reached the sim level of raceroom, rFactor2 or other serious sims
Gran Turismo was more predictable, cars did what you expect them to do, not full sim but fun, not annoying like forza motorsport, I have been waiting for a proper Gran Turismo feeling game on PC ever since Gran Turismo 6 severs went down, I got a G25 for GT4 on PS2, and it was great
