I heard you must top up in that country credit card, or currency.
You can also ask someone to gift the game to you
as someone mentioned before, steams getting more, uptight, about these things.
You can also play in the physical midia for PS5
Travelling to one of the countries where the game is available and then changing the location of your account officially, but I don't think this is a viable option

dont really wanna spend almost $700+ (PSN+ and buying the game on playasia, and the console from gamestop or amazon) when i already spent $600 (had a good deal) for a PC that can possibly run better or as good as a PS5/Pro.
so unless you know and can vouche for someone, then i wouldnt mind spending $60 for a steam copy, if it works without any issues.
You don't need PSN for a single player game
2. Change your currency to the currency of the region locked game.
3. Back out of the purchase!
4. Then go to the Store page for said game you couldn't see from region lock before.
Profit by finding someone to gift it to you, so you don't lock yourself into foreign payments for 3 months by actually changing your currency with a different address.
For your case, get someone who can buy to gift you the game.
Find someone with mutual trust?
That someone will gift you prism, and then you will gift something equivalent in return?
Is this how they do it?
It's a store ban and profile ban, my friend who was banned, still can login and download and play their owned games, all of them, Gaben was that fair, but they cannot speak on the forums, change their profile ever, or purchase games ever again on that account.
However, some areas of the world have too large a regional price difference so they cannot gift it to them. Only places where the exchange rate doesn't lose Steam money. Again, that's why you need to trust who you do this with, you have to be sure. Good luck, and check the game forum as there are people willing to gift freely for the community.
