If you don't like any of those, you shouldn't waste your gem on it.
Stat-wise, most of the good non-paid swimsuit came from collabs or anniversary. Those are the one you should want to spend your gem on.
While these two do have good POW stats, you should also check the skill.
Elise Alien Heart is good POW swimsuit, while Momiji Norimaki has crap skill with offensive POW skill & offensive TEC skill that would never work in tandem.
Lastly, you also needs to consider the girl speciality. Elise is TEC girl & Momiji is TEC oriented STM girl. Not only their POW stat is low, but none of them has any POW ssr accessory to push their stat higher unless you're willing to invest heavily on them to turn them into POW character.
Second in quality suit for hybrid build is opposite-crit and stamina-saving. Like this:

Momiji's Norimaki has offensive +45% own pow-crit and offensive -50% opponent's tech (equal to tech-crit with no score-bonus). She is the tech-girl. This Suit is the thrid one for hybrid-build, which can overpowered any SSS-events. Still, you need some stm-manage: bromides could help in this.
All this suits is good for domination in pve-evets. And if you do not intention in pvp/rating, that will be your the only suit.

Opponent's stats absolutely doesnt matter in this case. The only one minus is low score: it can be compensate by [Fierce yell]-partner.
P.S. The First build for any tech-girl in pvp/rating is tech-score: tech-crit with [Sweet Feint]-skill (+30% score). You'll be use this build on rating-farm and arenas.
So Besides having a Strong POW or TEC PP equipped on one of my two mains from awakening SSRs, I each aslo have to give them each awakened PP (equivalent to 10-13 PP) skills from STM SSRs?
Is this applicable only for hybrid builds only ^
or even applicable for POW Only / TEC focused builds
To clarify, is it essential to equip mains with STM PP (equivalent 10-13) besides the POW / TEC PPs [if focusing on POW only / TEC only] or is it ok to only focus on equipping POW / TEC?
and when choosing swimsuits to use for mains, do i always aim for suits with F skills or not necessarily?
Can u kindly list 3-5 POW suits & TEC suits which have the good stats; which I should set as the standard to focus on when aiming to make builds for POW only and TEC only
Do u suggest I awaken suits from events like the the current 5.5 Anniv Slipstream?

Formally, you need 3 stm-pps for making your girl survival. Plus 1 stm-skill to get stamina-cap: about 75% passive-saving and 1 active-skill. All small pps (4-5 pps in common, or 7pps with polisihg) should be tech/pow. In any builds. However, 1 stm-pp can be change to second stm-skill (if it possible): this way is using in hybrid, free stm-skill on suit will allow to use 1 big-pp with pow or tech (on your choice).
Alternative variant with 2 big stm plus 2 medium stm (7/8pp). 7+7pps and one 12/13pps can be swapped for free. With 12-pp tech. This is exactly Marie's way: all you need is basic Minuet (for Marie) and 2 any suits with unique stm-pps.

Suits can be varied. It depends of your comfort to setup. For my Hitomi in pvp-arena and score-farming, i use Pow-suit with stm-skill. Or [Soleil Couchant] from current nostalgick-gacha (it depends of arena-season). Plus 3 critical strikes in bromides.

Second girl in main-setup might have any main-skill, but she should have [Fierce yell] to support the main girl: total bonus will be +30+30% to pow or tech attack, this is a wishful bonus in rating-farm. For ideal: you'll have the team with two identical builds, but with dirrerent Fever-skills. For example, the current anni-event's suits is one of the best for pow-girls. It's also suitable for tech-girl in pow-season: tech-builded support with 1 single (but huge) pow-crit.

Hybrids is good for any type of events. But they are weak in score-farming. Thats why top-players have two build... at least. Somebody even use attacker/defender-setup with different-style girls, like Marie-tech/attacker and Honoka-pow/defender: it required some specific suits/build with attacker/defender-potentials and skills; It consumes the tons of resources. But hybrid and main uses the identical scheme: it's easy, it's cheap, it's stable. In your case, You even don't need to upgrade pow-pp on tech girl, unlike in my first screenshoot (tech-pp for Hitomi, huh...). Simply pow-suit with pow-penetration (it will destroy the opponets with 14..16k pow), based on full-tech build with 3 tech-crits bromides (20..30k tech-crits) .

I am strongly leaning towards a Hitomi and Misaki duo POW build.
(I am oddly always lucky with these 2 which is what got me hooked in the game in the first place lol, even without spending I somewhat always get SSRs from their gachas)
My Strong POW swimsuits for each:
Hitomi - Slipstream, Bubbly Foam [Awakened], Stylish Bloomers, First Rouge.
Misaki - Slipstream [Awakened], Sandwich, First Rouge.
(Hitomi has Killer Spike and Misaki has Fierce Yell for appeal points, Hitomi can both be good for offense and defense, but Misaki is purely offense and boosting appeal gain).
Im using both Slipstream suit for the current event. Aiming for the upcoming event which offers Dolce Banane for Hitomi lol (it was mentioned as the biggest whaling event by someone high level)
Again very helpful stuff. I guess prioritizing your mains are a must always during events that offer any type of boost like Rock Climbing events or easy to get SSR item events like the recent one which gave 20 tickets for an SSR accessory.
Will wait and regrind the next upcoming rock climb definitely. And those pool hopping events that give softening skills, I think a guy said on reddit I need around 32K V Stone saved when Pool Hopping returns for roulette wheels.
Since their introduction the birthday dresses have come in themed series over the years.
They started out with suits based on the girls' zodiac signs, the Stellar series. The following year there was the Jewel series based on gemstones associated with the girls' birth months; after that the Bouquet series did the same with flowers, and the Dolce dresses were themed after fruits. May had Dolce Banane for Nagisa and Hitomi, yes.
The still ongoing series (soon Tsukushi will be the last girl to receive her dress) is called Makeup with wildly varying themes for each month's birthday girls. The next series that starts in the middle of November will be known as Rebirth or something to that effect - Fantasy class-themed suits with some clever references, like Kokoro being archer class because of her zodiac sign Sagittarius.
Phew. Why am I telling you all this long-winded stuff? See, every November there is an event that functions as a rerun of that current year's birthday dress series, giving whales another chance to roll for any dresses for their favourites they might have missed the first time around. And this year the rerun will be for the Makeup SSRs.
Which sadly means it will be VERY hard to get Hitomi's Dolce dress. I assume the Gachas will have every girl's other birthday SSRs in the Gacha pool on her respective banner, but at a massively reduced drop chance. 0.1% I think. The probability to win Hitomi's Dolce Banane from her Makeup banner is astronomically low.
Wait for Hitomi's next birthday! It will feature a dedicated banner with Dolce Banane and Bouquet Carnation bundled together. Still a low chance to actually win that specific dress, but much higher than 0.1% nonetheless.
Or go for Hitomi's Makeup Cedar. But in my personal opinion the Dolce SSRs are THE best series of birthday suits available by far thanks to their dual nature of raising attack power and conserving stamina at the same time.
I guess Novembers whaling event is really for the loaded and maybe lucky, but stiill thanks HAHA good luck to those ready to fight on Nov's Whaling event!

This is what I got one year ago when I did one ten-draw on a Dolce banner just for access to the birthday matches and the girl's extra episodes.
SHEESH First try is fire damn, Even if its for the purposes of bday matches, a golden pull still fire my guy.
