Can't get the game

A friend of mine said I could get this game by using this url and clicking install - https://steamdb.info/app/958260/ but when I try that it just says "No License"

Not sure why it just says no licence and when i try to add it says there is a problem try again later they might have changed it.

I tried 3 different ones apparently i guess steam changed the way it works and the people who are playing on steam got lucky and got the game before the change took place apparently there is another launcher that will install the game its called Johren I decided to use that one instead and the game started installing instantly Honestly i suggest to anyone who wants easier time to use it to play this game hopefully there will be no future issues fingers crossed.

Did you set the information on your own computer to Singapore/Hong Kong? Not an expert on this; but that seems to be an important step according to the guide I used to get the game.

IMHO, it's a wasted effort changing your system locale, it should not be in the guide as it 100% is not going to affect your chances of getting the license. If the region checking has been improved then the only (current) surefire way is to make a purchase in another country to change your steam region and accepting every consequence that goes with it.

I just got the Johren Launcher version i set my region to Philippines and boom game started installing i turned VPN off to download game and now i am playing it just sucks that people still region lock games sometimes when they do that i feel stuck in the 90s or early 20s just the fact the game exists is enough to give it what attention it gets. Just go on the games website and get the Johren version instead of the steam version it will save time and aggravation you still need to set your region to a Asian Country to install the game though I choose Philippines cause its closer to America just in case i couldn't use my original location but i see once you get the game that is not a problem I am Unsure of Micro transactions cause i didn't buy anything yet.

Good question i wish i knew its a great game allot of fun for a free game i didn't even buy anything yet been playing for almost a whole week. If they branded it as adult game Koei Techmo would probably get away with releasing it in the west and also add a type of age gate to keep kids from playing it even though growing up i was always playing the original DOA Extreme and Outlaw Volley ball on my original Xbox teenagers these days are missing out lol it caused no mental damage and it made me feel good to be a kid growing into being a man even though i was really intelligent and mature for my age.

It's ridiculous that we can literally buy and play hentai games, but we have to jump through hoops to play this one. I'm going to have to pass on it because I'm not too savvy with computers and I don't want to get my account banned. Have far too many games to risk it.
