I never had issues reinstalling this game. I used a VPN: such as Tunnelbear or Windscribe, set it to Singapore and went to SteamDB with the link provided below to install.

Then I uninstalled the VPN before starting the game.
If Singapore isn't an option, try Hong Kong instead.

Wait you have to use a VPN? Doesn't Steam ban you for that?

VPN is required due to the developer region-blocking the game to the west.

You won't get banned for using the VPN during the install process, but just make sure it's turned off before making any in-game purchases.

Are you sure? Cause I want the game, and plan on making no purchases at all... I just... There's a LOT of games on this account that I REALLY don't wanna lose access to

It is considered safe since lots of user here using VPN to play the game. You will get banned if you purchase something from Steam using VPN, to fork your way getting some games cheaper in another region. This game however F2P, buying something in-game do not count as buying a game from Steam.

That is my 50 cent, your discretion is the final decision.

I'm an American, just like you and I've been playing this game on and off for over three years on a single Steam account.

I have several games in my collection, as well and I've never experienced anything that would put my account in jeopardy by installing this game with the method provided above. There's even a guide with the same steps.

If that's not enough proof for you, I don't know what else to say.

I've never witnessed any bans from anyone installing this game with a VPN.
And congratulations.

Good luck felt free to join us a discord for any help on games
I am trying to play this game how is everyone able to download it everytime i do the VPN thing it says no licenses when i try to install the game.
Personally i really wish Koei Tecmo would Disable the region lock on the game and slap a adult rating game on it for western audiences whoever downloads it then it is their own fault.
