How to get SSR Select Ticket?

How can i get one of these?

So far it had been available only twice; both times it was sold during anniversary events.
The selection ticket certainly will return on the 4th anniversary at the beginning of April.

those SSR select tickets are paid and its cost $120 SGD it got like 1x Select SSR ticket + 15k paid stones ( the deals only come in anniversary / sometimes special event such as black friday or new year only )

Thank you for mentioning what I completely forgot: that it's a paid-only option.

I actually happen to have such a ticket from the 3.5 years anniversary but couldn't yet decide which SSR to buy with it. For now I treat the ticket as a sort of peculiar keepsake.
