There will never be an Xtreme game using the DoA6 models. That game went cold years ago, and people didn't consider those models a big enough upgrade from the DoA5/Venus Vacation models, so it'd just end up competing with Venus Vacation for the same audience.
If DoA7 actually gets made (supposedly it's under negotiation), and it ends up looking very noticeably better than DoA5, then they'll finally start to examine whether a new Xtreme game would make enough money to be worth undermining Venus Vacation.
But in my opinion, even if all that happens, they still won't release a new Xtreme game. Venus Vacation would need to have died for awhile first. I think the most we can hope for is them merging some of the Xtreme features into the fighting game. Not the pole dancing and Fortune suits, but maybe some of the sporty stuff like the volleyball and jetskis that even the boys can participate in.
Also current world can't accept skimpy games in massmarket.
More likely to see a DOAXVV2 at this point, unfortunately.
