Everything depends on your success in the battles, so depending on that between 3 to 7 hours.

However, let me chip in a little more details here:

Inkulinati has a roguelike element to it, so the 3-7 hours of story is per one run.
Once you complete the whole campaign, the next playthrough will differ from the first one, you unlock new content, such as a new final boss. The battlefields will contain different enemies along with randomized map elements, topped with new events!
