So i lll start and say i didn't purchase the game yet but saw a few video and watched and watched them again to try to analyse a bit.
I might be off on some point since most review are short didn't find something more than six or seven minutes.
Everything listed under as suggestion can be time consuming to make it live so i don't expect it to come alive right away nor should anybody.
If you decide to comment please stay civilized.

Graphics:
-On that part it's on a good way and overtime can be refined to bring more life to the world(climate change, wind, wildlife, variety in the landscape, etc)

Physic:
-Even though in offroad and heavy duty truck there is big frame and metal plate they still deform under external forces engine torque, terrain, etc

-when you hit a tree or passing through patch of grass or bush you expect them to move or get smashed

-Deformable terrain from what i saw i didn't see any i could be wrong though since i don't own the game and maybe the person didn't crank everything up in the graphic part.

UI:
-That part seems to have good base and have the potential to be clear.

Sound:
-That part is really important and it s a big part of what make you feel you re driving something and not playing an arcade game full throttle all the time.

-When it comes to sound, you can hear your suspension and all sort of mecanical sound due to external force and movement applying to the 4x4 also the tire noise are important to given the surface you are on.

-Environmental sound need to be heard too, it will bring your world to life, wildlife noise, tree moving in the wind etc.

Gamplay:
Since i don't own the game i can't speak about the handling feeling gear shifting steering and braking etc so i l stick to something else wich is clearly something who need to be defined to move forward.

The game is called "Ultra Off-Road Simulator 2019: Alaska" in here there is "simulator" wich make it stick to genre, and certain expectation are in mind when it comes to realism.

So when i first saw flying pizza and toolbox i had a few thoughts:
-they are placeholder because the game came out, but still really in his early days of developpment.
-that game is aiming the arcarde genre

Now if the game aim really at simulation and want to keep a survival aspect to it, a way to implement that would be to have some shack scattered across the map where you can refuel and get some repair parts or make a break to be more awake for driving.
Some carefull planing might be required to take the good trails so you don't run out of gaz, also when you start you could have some jericane on the car on a rack or inside, same for the repair.
