Bolt Action Railgun Sniper Rifle

I would like to see a bolt action rail gun sniper rifle.

The sound of it would be what you hear in the video at the 4 second mark. All of the effects from the round being fired and what the round looks like would look great, accept for the giant barrel flash

Also there would be no cartridge to fly out of an ejector because it is a sabot round, therefore no ejector on the side of the sniper rifle.
