I wouldn't know about modifying the game files: I play the game to play the game.
Challenge modes unlock after Campaign mission 13, I think. There's a boss rush mode, and two flavors of wave defense. The last hunt mission gets unlocked after mission 14.
When you say "15% better rewards," there's a couple different things you could be referring to. Qwark data and Materials are for research projects. You want something that boosts Blueprint acquisition. This won't just help with unlocking all the parts; you can earn a ton of credits, too. Getting blueprint unlocks past 100% will give you bonus credits.
EDIT: I did find that 15% better rewards node. I don't know when that got added, but that probably doesn't impact the drop rate of blueprints. It might be for credits earned from completing missions, but IMO blueprint farming gives you way more credits, anyway.
