Sub-Spirit Set

As I wasn't able to make a sub-spirit cultivation set, I completed the cauldron with just 300% cultivation speed and pills.
and took 650 days or more
I got 40k qi core shaping
I want to do another one with the cultivation set
I'm following the "Pre-GC Sun pill" guide
and all I need is a sub spirit set but after trying to make several it came to nothing
So how to make a perfect one?
