Report a translation problem
The base parameters of any NPC are generated from their seed. This is usually a randomly generated value, and the backgrounds and traits work on top of those base parameters.
You can see it in action when you're creating reincarnators. Remove all their traits, make their age and gender identical, and you will see the difference. That's due to their seed.
For Sentient Spirits, their seed is generated from their name. Two Sentient Spirits made from identical base materials with identical names will have identical stats, even in different saves.
Certain seeds are better than others, and Super Names are the names for Sentient Spirits that result in one of those better seeds.
Technically speaking, there are no Super Names in the code, any examples of it are just observations of a good seed.

I did get a 0 for Battle stat using 'Space Marine', so most likely rather than changing the randomizer instead they patched bypassing the elemental debuff.
