Meditation Skill

I think something is wrong:
i click on the skill (PS set on mind), then I choose the location, a window opens and I can set the time e.g. 0,9 days, click okay and..nothing happens.

My cultivatior goes on with his leisure activiies. I tried Practice and Training as well.
Have to say I use the Elysium Mod.

Can someone please tell my what I am doing wrong here?

Check if you have enough stamina to cultivate that is usually the problem. If you dont have enough stamina, your cultivator wont cultivate.

The other problem might be due to the Elysium Mod (which i have not used), but i doubt that would be the case.

there's a minumun required time in order to meditate. try to set it to more than 1 day. you can allwayscancel it, so it doesn't matter how much time you put in there

Also, on a couple of occasions I've noticed my inners getting stuck in a loop, where they wont do the thing I want, like using Specter Refinement or Spiritual Breath Chant, and will just go back to leisure even if I click the stop button. They'll stop, wait a second at most, and go back to staring at the ceiling or something. It occasionally happens with practice as well.

Usually what fixes it is using the move button to move them out of the area, but it is profoundly annoying to look and find my alchemist is literally sitting on his butt instead of making pills.

Meditation never seems to do anything. Maybe doing it 'wrong'. Guy goes and hogs a cushion for a month but nothing to show for it.

it supposed to build up the anima conversion in inner cauldron. Whatever that does is a mystery to me, but more of it seems to be a good thing. It goes hand in hand with the cultivation speed bonus (stats>> cultivation stats >> cultivation speed bonus ). i could only get it up to max 380% for one of my inners, and it still takes a whole lot time for very little increment of the anima conversion.

Basically you can use the normal "practice" mode for mediation, but mediation option seems to be a faster process for this.

I tried 0,9 days to look how it works.

its very slowly increasing max qi.
i wanted to use it on my first PS to increase it from 130.000 to 150.000 qi for the body remolding skills..

but he is a yaoguai so tribulation timer is ticking and city inspiration is still too slow.

and my sect rep is too low for branches.

Maybe it was because I got meditation and was using pre-GC, (Soul inquiry weird law off an invader.) I don't think I've much tried since GC.

If you want +20K qi and don't already have tier 12 spirit contract, it would probably get you there. If you have no spirit contract, any spirit contract would probably get you there.

If he is under a sect branch(2000 sect rep), you can send your yaoguai inner out to camp for resources and he will be training up his stats. i got two snakes and a turtle. Their attributes were close to reaching 10s under such training conditions for a couple of game years. Their tribulation timer will be hard fixed till they are back to the sect map. Basically those areas for camping were also suitable for their element cultivation, and thereby increasing their stats, qi ability or whatever.
