How to edit stats and skills in Reincarnator editor?
I'm confused. One of the guide at discord tell us to use reincarnator to save time rolling starting characters with good stats.

So I got into the editor but seem like the only things that I can edit is the look, background story, and traits? How do you edit the stats and skills? Is that possible with the editor?

Yes on the main menu:
Realms Palace
Content Editor
Create Reincarnators
Life Experience

I would suggest setting it to a "Special" Life Experience so it only shows up for reincarnators and doesn't spawn on random NPC's in the game.

Change the scroll bars to adjust the base stats it gives your reincarnator

You can click the stars next to a skill to give a passion or obsession for that skill.

Type in a name and description and then click the checkbox next to it on the left and click "Save"

Then go to the Reincarnator tab and give a reincarnator that background. Where it says "Childhood" "Adulthood" and "Special" all three backgrounds can be clicked on and changed.

They also have traits that can be added. Click the little plus sign to bring up a list of traits to pick from.

You will have to give each of them a name and description. The description can be edited by clicking the yellow star icon. When you're done click the checkbox on the left and click "save" to save your reincarnator.

You will probably want to make 3 or 4 of them and then upload all of them to a mod. You check the boxes next to the ones you want to upload and then click the "Upload" button to upload them. Then you can subscribe to your mod through the Steam Workshop and they will be imported to your game.

When you go to start a new game you click the reincarnator button and type in their names. If your mod is loaded then they will be added to the list of reincarnators in the game.

Thanks. So if I understand correctly, you can't directly change the stats and skills. You use a custom life experience to adjust it?

Yes each character some some bare minimum stats that start out at 2 or 3, and anything more than that is altered by their life experience.

I don't know why they only give you 7 spaces for a life experience name. You can't even type in "Disciple" for an experience.

Probably because 7 Chinese characters are more than enough to name a life experience. 1 Chinese character can be equal a word in English so up to 7 words are more than enough for a life experience name.
