How do you get the Primordial Symbols Law?

I got He Zudao to 60 and gave her a talisman paper like the wiki says, and nothing.

So I invited her to my sect, chatted her up a bit more, and gave her a Blood Talisman paper, and still nothing.

What's the trick here?

I see people all over the place talking about how they got it within five days of starting, buut, how? This time around I imediately forming pilled an outer, and then sent them off with a talisman paper. He Zudao, just will not put out for me.

The small question mark on the wiki is a good indicator that you should question what it says, as 60 Favor is used for Heart Guard, not gifting.
When giving gifts, if the Favor is above 70 you can gain one of their treasures. It's also why giving gifts to Greedy types is bugged, as the same check is utilized. And at time of writing, gifting Greedy to lower Guard is still bugged.

Thanks. So I need it at 70, then give the paper to her? Is the wiki accurate on how to break the guard? I have to talk to people, till I find someone willing to tell me her weakness, then go back to her and talk about it?

How did people do this in five days? Is it likely for someone in her sect to share her weakness with me?

Favor high enough (At least 70, nothing bad happens if you go over it), then give them a Gift (one of their favorites, Talisman Papers in this case), and you will receive their treasure.
The rest of information on the wiki related to the Social Minigame is accurate enough.
There are two ways of achieving it that early:
A specific build (reincarnators) dedicated to only acquiring that Law early on.
Bypassing the Social Minigame with Mods (OneClickFavor or similar),

To break guard:
1) Learn npc weakness - it is best choice to ask elders of the same sect, they know almost everything about the sect
2) Send cult with high social(preferably above 90 or maxed) and speak about weakness you learned earlier

3) To unlock Symbol law in 5 days the easiest way is starting with Cat Yaoguay, as they always have high social, feeding it formation pill, sending to her sect straight away(don`t forget to buy access). Get lucky enough that she does not have "withdrawn" personality.

Chances are very high He Zudao is still in the sect map at that time, and there`s more than enough elders to learn everything about her. Just don`t ask where she is - it forces npc to relocate from sect map.
