Do Sect Leaders not exist within their Sect Maps?
cause I just spent like 15 to 20 minutes overturning Blue Lotus Temple in search of said leader. and I found basically all of the elders. but not him. is he mislabeled as Elder and not Leader and thus need to remember his actual name instead of Dao of Diplomancy (Oneclickfavor) him?

cause I can't do the Dao of Diplomancy from the sect trade/gift screen. (trying to get all those manuals.)

they, like other npcs, move around a lot. As long as you know the name you can view them in the secrets. if you see "???" next to locations then find someone that knows them and ask where they are.

Shendao cultivator can also locate people using one of their miracles iirc
