Manifesting Mandate

Is the law you get from it locked when the event spawns? i tried save-scumming several times and the outcome was always the same. Had to resort to trying this after getting the SAME law 3rd event in the row. In my other game I got also always the same law every time. Is this a bug or just VERY bad luck?

you get the same on different Manifest mandat event ? or in the same (by sending multiple cultivator).
if it's different event, bad luck then or maybe it's the only one you are missing ?

I too usualy have the same law in different mandate, i have to wait a year for it to change to another law. I don't know if it's bad luck, i'm starting to think it's in the game to block you from having all the law too early.

Its luck, I got 3 different laws from them within a month.

It's bad luck.
I save-scummed to get the laws, but it was always the same law.
Overall, you might need more than 50 events to finally get all the laws.

Yeah it was in multiple different events, also over longer period of time, 2 were quite close so maybe within the same year, but the 3rd was definitely different year. It's the really bad luck then I guess :( And I was actually missing most of them so that is why I was quite pissed at getting Primordial Alchemy in all 3 events :D

Yes. When a manifest mandate event appeared, the law is decided. It'll not change.

Need to save before the mandate event appeared. So when you do derivative calculation, you save before you cast the miracle, not after the mandate appeared.
