Primordial Symbol Law Build Guide ?

Hi, according to the ACS Foundation Guide, Primordial Symbol Law can become very OP by stacking the same talisman (for ex: 4 x 3500% artifact power). Has anyone tried this ? If yes, can you please explain in more details ? Thank you.

Primordial Symbol Law allows you to draw 5 different talismans (3 pre gc, 1 gc, 1 PS)with higher power too if you have large qi pool. Therefore, it is most OP law by far if you build right. Max artifact power boost is 6000% per talisman btw, but it require millions of max qi to draw it

in order to stack that much (4 time the same with that much bonus) you would need to draw in x1000 (or was it x10000 the max ? doesn't matter anyway) before reaching GC which mean either sun pill strategy then spam spirit seed to get insane max qi early on(high ressource cost) or cheating with greater painter in order to paint more than your available qi.
on a normal character you would only be able to draw with the highest qi cost on the last one (and using the same multiple time require using blank drawing, which mean either mod or insane mouse drawing skill).
