Does anyone know where to get immortal essence?

Hey I'm running a body cultivator and want to reset a limb, I've looked through every guide and wiki I could find but none of them mention where I can get Immortal essence. I'd be really grateful for an answer.

Devour low tier(1-3) artifacts, you should have plenty of them from attackers.
