all 5 initial laws with match less than 100% giving negative "law" for cultivation

I have a character who was supposed to be the leader, however, none of the 5 initial laws has a 100% match, they are all 50%, which ends up giving negative law to cultivate, is there any way to solve this ?

in each law there is skills you can get that will have % to a stat which in turn helps with the match. If that make sense.

You'll be fine. First generation cultivators having a affinity for a law is only a bonus. Not a requirement. You'll be able to use his slow growth to help boost other characters in some form. At some point he'll reach primordial. in the mean time, you will probably find some better cultivators to use.

while some characters start with a match greater than 100% dramatically increasing cultivation progress even without these skills, would i have to use my inspiration points just to have a normal cultivation climb ?

with the first Generation of cultivators are bad most of the time. some like to rush it to PS than make the others outers better or if you like to roleplay you would start with the weaker one.
