Regenerating Qi at Golden Core or higher?

I feel like I'm missing something when it comes to regenerating Qi once you reach the higher stages of cultivation.

Spiritual Breath worked very well when my max Qi was like 10-15k. Now that I have guys in the primordial stage, it takes a very long time to regen Qi lost from adventuring. I eat Qi regen pills + use spiritual breath but it's still quite slow when you've got a couple hundred thousand Qi to refill.

Is there better Qi regenerating items or skills that I'm overlooking? I see that Prism Lotus description says it can restore a lot of Qi, but it can't be consumed "raw".

Find more laws and manuals, transcribe and learn/teach/read their qi related skilled(absorption rate, max qi, qi sense). Make better artifacts and pills. Make proper Qi gathering rooms.

Well my Qi gathering rooms are about as good as they can get. I feel like I've learned most of the Qi absorbtion rate skills I have available (I have all the advanced law books and a good amount of unorthodox manuals) so I guess I have to look into better artifacts and pills.

I wasn't aware artifacts can boost your cultivators qi/qi regeneration, though. I thought they had their own qi pool and regen rate. I also don't really know of any pills other than qi regen pills that help in that respect. Is there other pills that restore qi that I'm overlooking possibly? Or by better pills do you just mean upping their grade?

Divine powder itself restores 300K Qi...

I do have a demi-god cultivator that studies 6 paths reincarnate law, that has an ability to restore about a third of his 900K worth of Ki. You can also learn it for others, it's called Reversa Cycle.
