illuminated or sentient objects- what happens after they turn into cultivators? And best elements for object types.
Have had multiple playthroughs (haven't made it to golden core in any as i keep learning something new and starting over) but illuminated objects have shown up in two so was wondering the best way to progress with them. P.S. My sewing table keeps asking me to let it go, will it leave if i let it wander?

I don't think they will leave your map if you let them move around. The only thing you can do to raise illuminated objects is feed them stuff to change their elemental affinity. When they turn into humans they will have elemental strength and weakness traits. If an elements affinity is under 10% they get a weakness to that element. If they don't have two weaknesses then their elemental strengths will be weaker as a result. The higher the % of an individual element, the stronger the resulting trait will be. Each of the five elements traits is linked to one of the five stats (CON/PER/CHA/INT/LUK). Luck is the hardest to raise, and I think its element is earth, so it should be the most worthwhile to boost.

In short, feed your sewing table elemental stuff but make sure two of the elements remain under 10% if you don't want to gimp its stats.

Just read this if you want to turn it into a person. It takes a lot of effort if you want a good one...

Otherwise, tell it not to move and ignore it completely for the playthrough... Or just destroy it...
