Immortal mayor is more of a city builder for a single location... Not a simulator covering a world. The structures/buildings are fixed, you lose the ability to design your own. So it's actually not good to use that game as a future reference.
Unlikely. Immortal is fixed design and the other is modular so you can design. You tend to get a slightly ugly game like minecraft or the 2 mentioned games above to avoid problems like performance.... To be so pretty, it will need hardcore PC able to run a game within a architectural design software like AutoCAD...
