Ignis/Aqualuna Essence

Does someone know how to farm these?

According to a guide I read they are a random 1/1000 chance at noon in summer or midnight in winter...
As that is incredible rare and I dont want to leave the game running for a year irl, I made a cheat item in the editor that boosts essence breathing by 9999 in all 4 possible ways.
After a full year (ingame obv.) of doing nothing but breathing with the cheatitem equipped and remolded nose/throat/lungs i just checked and my disciple has 3 aqualuna essence and 7 ignis essence.

(That probably means my cheatitem doesnt work now that I think about it.)

Does anyone have any ideas?

You get it from breathing anywhere, just very low chance as they are super rare essences that give you legendary tags. No special conditions like day or time or season...

You can go for illusion or Nimbus essences, just devour Origin(None) or Insight/Impose fruit as they are also very rare to get via breathing but obtainable(relatively, as the items are kinda rare too) via consumption. For legendary tags.

Otherwise If you want to cheat for this, you have to do it via an external trainer or editor.

Your "cheat item" does actually work, but the problem is, that the maximum bonus to breathing is capped at 2 in the game's code:

Look at the "MaxValue" parameter in the above code snippet that's posted on the game's wiki.
So like the person above me stated, if you want an easier way to get the rare breathing essences, you'll have to resort to mods, in-game dev console or cheats/trainers.

Thanks for the answers, I guess I´ll wait until I have enough to use the 8x remold once and then safescum it.
(I need 3 legendary tags from each for the hand/attack secret bodies from the manual I stole from demonia temple)

You have a chance of getting Ignis by breathing during noon and Aqualuna at midnight, so 12:00 pm and 12:00 am. I always have my body cult breath at those times no matter what.

The rest is basically do everything you can to get all those green +s for breathing:
Qi density, Breathing in same spot, breathing efficiency, etc.
It's pretty hard to get those essences since you can't just devour stuff like you do for Tribulation, Illusion or Nimbus essence.

During polar night you get more easily aqualuna essence, if you have the yinyang shaped wonder (don't remember the name) that can be selected at the start of the game you'll be able to generate polar night manualy.
