How to transcribe extra manual knowledge ?

So my first inner disciple ate a lot of manuals,
Now when i use the "transcribe knowledge" feature from Manual Pavilions, this knowledge is not stored.

is my game permanently ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ?

There are three categories to transcribe: Law, Manual, Knowledge.
Manual is not Knowledge.
Second offender possible: you might be unable to learn things you have a manual on hands for. Unequip manuals, try again!

Did you actually learn the manuals or has your inner disciple simple equipped them?

I equipped all manuals and learned them (and thus destroying them), from start of the game, as i did not have the manual pavilion built. And now i cant transcribe this learned knowledge to the pavilion.

Yes, i know, but `transcribe knowledge` means for the disciple to transcribe any knowledge he has (whether law or manual) to the pavilion. No ?

No clue yet :(
Since I'm unable to view (or couldn't find where to look for) transcribed content of shelf, I can only assume that MAYBE:
- Law allows transcribing Law perks,
- Manual is for recipes and recipe-alike knowledge which is unrelated to particular Law explicitly,
- Knowledge in general for... stats in general, maybe. Google is quite unhelpful today :( Maybe in-game 'forum' have needed snippets of knowledge, didn't looked there yet (and far from rig with game currently).
My Mister Fallen Burrito DID transcribed some Knowledge... no idea if it was successful (missed the notification, probably) and no 2nd Inner Circle to make him read that.

Some manuals are just knowledge of the world like locations. They don't register into the pavilions.

Already unlocked on the world map.

what about the 2 formations you learn from that dead guy in a cave ?

Formations can be transcribed. But don't need to be learned more than once as it's unlocked sect wide.

ah i see, id really wish that the character would not have those things listed under his "manuals", really confuses the player.
