How do you increase Qi Sense?

How do you increase Qi Sense permanently? Which action or what kind of item should my character consume?? my character's QI is too low...Thanks!

The only ways I remember you are able to increase your qi sense are manuals, you get +5 from the Earth Mother Skill, which is from your 5 starter laws obtained when you revisit the Taiyi Sect Ruins.

And +5 qi sense from the Serica Manual from the Otherworld. Obtained by setting your calendar date to October 1st, which is National Day in China and visiting the Otherworld location on the map.

You can also get + qi sense from unorthodox manuals from rogue cultivators that visit or attack your sect. I have one that gives me +2, but those are very random. And you may not get one for a very long time.

Those will increase the base skill level, as for ability rating you can boost it by upgrading the relevant stats which i believe are Int and Con.

Qi sense is one of those stats you aren't meant to improve easily. Generally besides the rare things mentioned above, you just accept only pawns with high Qi sense if you wanna build them out.

Yeah, it's just one of those "some people are just better" natural talent things Xianxia loooves, like Luck. Hence all the poor outer disciples stuck pulling weeds for the sect forever the main character beats up to prove his worth and be accepted so the sect elders will funnel cultivation resources (read: drugs) his way.

Yes, I wouldn't care too much as well if they don't have to pass tribulation thingy. I just don't want them turn in to a beast.

Oh, well, if they're YaoiGuys and they have too poor Qi Sense to be worth keeping, consider just levelling them up as (really weak) cultivators, burning most of their lifespan on miracles, triggering a shapeshifting tribulation they will fail and then murdering the high level beast for parts (or turning it into one of the new scroll thingies).
It's the Xianxia way.
