The founders hall negatives I don't know about.
The computer will pick the optimal door leading outside(any area without a feng shu focus item) when calculating.
So for an example you can have 3 doors in a kitchen one leading north to a workshop with the work shop door facing west outside, a door to the west into the dining hall with that door facing w/e and a door to the east into a random room with that door facing w/e.
The computer will look at all 3 doors and see none of them lead outside so will choose the best door which in this case is the western door for kitchens.
