Yaoguai rebirth

So I got a golden core T1 true sun cultivator, just got to Divine Spirit rank and I'm thinking of increasing stats of new characters, he's the only one that breached GC and my reputation is still kept low at around 700.

My 2 Yaoguai characters have 150 and 300 days till shapeshifting and one of them could break through with a T1 golden core in a few days if I somehow find one extra bane pill and one extra eternity one.

Should I just do it, or should I rebirth, reshape their bodies and then feed them improved earth fluxes etc while keeping a single competent/support cultivator teaching everyone else?

Also, if I break through and do the tribulation, what happens if I they are reborn?

Not entirely sure if the Tier changes anything, but as far I know is that the Yaoguai, if you rebirth them (trough the pill I guess), they will *poof* and leave their element behind.
Had an snake I wanted to keep. And once the time came, and I used the pill: they got reset, but not the timer. And then they poofed into buckets of water.

As long as you complete their Yaoguai tribulation before rebirthing them, they are safe from it forevermore. I can confirm having done this with two Yaoguai so far. The first was my original sect leader, who I rebirthed so she could have access to body shaping. The second was a cat yaoguai that I took all 10 intelligence shards on and had to rush to GC, since her tribulation timer was only 5 days long. Needless to say I took a lot of shortcuts with her to get her strong enough to survive on time, and her rebirth was sorely needed afterwards. She's pretty amazing with all those intelligence shards, though! As an unbuffed mortal, all her base stats were 6 or higher.

Don't bother to rebirth before you get at least one of your good golden core to primordial spirit to learn stat increasing miracles and have enough qi/lifespan to use them.

Then when you rebirth, you can use those miracles to make a much better quality cultivator. Miracles first then eternity and bane pills before promoting to inner disciples.

Also eternity and bane pills are not easy to get so you want to refine them to T12 to increase the effect. Save them until you're ready to make better cultivators if there is no urgent reason to do it now (like yaoguai tribulation deadline).
