Spirit Stone In Construction

So I noticed that spirit stone blocks are a cheap, readily available resource for construction (with spirit stone mines and me trading bread in the thousands) I was wondering whether it was actually a good choice of construction material though, since it seems to be incapable of gathering qi the way most of my objects do.

spirit stone has no effect on feng shui so it is good feng shui on its own. but you can't get to the best feng shui alone with it.
