I have remedied this by reducing the jobs they do. Giving them talismans to increase speed. And I think a major factor was meal time.
People would just eat whenever hungry, but I found a setting where you pick a meal for your sect, and they are cooked 2 hours before meal times. This resulted in my disciples eating at meal time, together, and socializing. It seems like it was a habit forming choice as it influences when they do other things.
My other solutions I haven't tried yet were making special areas for the laborers. Bed, foundation training area, and work place all next to each other. Other jobs marked off to not be done. So one guy stays by his house and smiths all day every day.
Another manages farms, another makes clothes. This gives them a lot of potential down time and they will likely move up to inner disciples if you do this while having them toggled to work hard on cultivation.
Will building beds on different locations even help? I thought that ervery char has just one designatet sleepplace.
But for some reason it stopped. Have to look if this will happen again.
I finally had enough and made single bed rooms for everyone and since then there was no problem.
I meant every room had two single person beds. No double beds where involved.
Though good to know what double beds are for.
Checking the assignment it should still belong to them. Reassign did not help either.
