Same deal was in Neverwinter Nights 2: this games works with DnD 3.5edition, which means druids can be builded in pure healer and/or supports. There also bards, sorc n mages which can fill the support role too, but druids is best due the fact that they have access to all type of "spells": direct heal, AoE heal, Heal over Time, direct dmg, AoE dmg, Dmg over Time, buffs, debuffs, dispell, summons, soft crowncontrolss, hard cc-.. did i miss something?.. Probably. Also shapeshift. It's not a "healer" game, for sure, but u can make it work if u really wanna.
Warcraft 3 has a dozens map abour "supporting", but mostly of them for co-op only; the best way to explore it via "World of Warcraft-looks maps". When u found a few, then u'll know how to find an another.
But most new MMOs do this "every class can heal and support and do dps too" -boring.
It's worth checking out the Elder Scrolls Online MMO, I had fun healing here, coming from a background of Guild Wars 1 (aka the best healing ever).
Otherwise any games I was going to add to this list have been covered
