There is a Healer Only Lives Twice I feel like it must've inspired this game, but its basically just a proof of concept doesn't have depth like this does sadly...
looking for heals possibly?

That 1 looks interesting but also not just healing games I think similar-ish gameplay with Diablo-loot would be pretty great too. I've seen a few games out there try that, but nothing I've seen manages to pull it off. I guess Diablo-loot is hard to pull off in general..

also, i personally found fun to play as utility caster in Dragon Age - not a pure healer, but support. There u can build your ownd team set-up and make "scripts" for them, how they will act during the fights. Tho, i was pure support, which end badly at some point :D my own team raped me while was mind controled -_- And that was one of the main plot scene, which means u can't avoid it.

Same deal was in Neverwinter Nights 2: this games works with DnD 3.5edition, which means druids can be builded in pure healer and/or supports. There also bards, sorc n mages which can fill the support role too, but druids is best due the fact that they have access to all type of "spells": direct heal, AoE heal, Heal over Time, direct dmg, AoE dmg, Dmg over Time, buffs, debuffs, dispell, summons, soft crowncontrolss, hard cc-.. did i miss something?.. Probably. Also shapeshift. It's not a "healer" game, for sure, but u can make it work if u really wanna.

Warcraft 3 has a dozens map abour "supporting", but mostly of them for co-op only; the best way to explore it via "World of Warcraft-looks maps". When u found a few, then u'll know how to find an another.

but in the end, nothing can be as smooth n calming in Healing gameplay as MMO. Sad, but true.

Is there any new MMO worth playing that has fun healers? I find out old MMOs aren't worth looking at unless you go in with your own group all blind...

But most new MMOs do this "every class can heal and support and do dps too" -boring.

It's worth checking out the Elder Scrolls Online MMO, I had fun healing here, coming from a background of Guild Wars 1 (aka the best healing ever).

Otherwise any games I was going to add to this list have been covered
