They aren't that hard. Just think about what the hint you're given means, and try things out. Worst case, you'll run out of HP (and Ibeprofun, assuming you're carrying it, which you always should) and have to retreat. There is an indication when you're on the right track.

In one of them, you have to do the opposite of what the hint says.
Hint says something about letting the mon girls go, but you gotta capture them.

Or you can let them Run Away

I got my party wipped twice waiting for the ♥♥♥♥♥ to run away, before I switch to capturing .

Didn't have a problem with that myself. Maybe you were underleveled? Well, either way works. I actually did assume capturing was what what it meant. Besides, I don't think either way is the opposite of "treat with care". All it really means is, don't kill them.
