pro tips - CNTRL can be held at any time to speed up the gameplay.
and for every time you complain about the digital video game R scenes, you can deny yourself every chance at a romantic home interaction, or capturing a wild gal monster.
IO mean afterall, it's against their initial will to be captured, so you're forcing them into it.
kinda shocked nobody seems to care about the severely underaged girl that sort of R's the MC.
Keep in mind you are playing a game that is not ashamed to start off the story with your MC having aspirations of sleeping WITH HIS TWO FLESH AND BLOOD SISTERS. This is why he becomes a knight int he first place.
If you played beyond that point? You can hang your morality badge at the door, and STFU.

The other stuff aside... Wow, you really didn't pay attention, did you? It said in the first scene that they are not related by blood ("We're not related by blood, so we aren't your sisters. But we are something similar to that.", which is the 5th line of text), and this fact is repeated at least a couple more times. Aster calls them sisters, because of their interpersonal relationship, but I think it's pretty clear his idea of what sisters are is a little abnormal.

Are you talking about Gurigura, right after they take her in? That seems a little harsh. At the absolute worst, I could call that assault. But he didn't mind (I mean, this is Aster we're talking about; he never minds, and would probably take every opportunity presented to him if not for Mother Eve's Blessing), and even wanted to go further, so it most definitely wasn't r*pe.

Buffles my mind that people like you exist. How can you play the game and fail at such basics?
They are not even humans let alone sisters

New player here (and before you dissmiss my opinion since I have next to no games on this account, this is an alt account to keep this game off my main account because I was sick of people picking fights with me over having anime games in my library) and I'd like to weigh in: Yes, these scenes are disturbing, they're supposed to be, and that's the entire point.

Let me explain. My post will contain spoilers regarding the first assault scene and it's victim, but I'm assuming that anyone participating in this thread will have seen it.

Worldbuilding is hard. To create an entirely fictional setting and then get people invested in it is a hard sell. Some might be less analytic and cynical than others, but to me, it's rare for a setting to be well-conveyed enough to feel plausible. Especially in a world like this where actions are strictly regulated by a goddess, something we cannot really truly wrap our heads around with our own world's ways. (And especially with their lack of war!)

When I first learned about this game, it took me awhile to get over the whole "women can become outlaws through no fault of their own" thing and finally try the game; it just seemed cruel and sadistic. When I finally did, however, I was impressed by how powerfully disturbing it was. Colpis's raw emotion when she saw the black ring, her self-injuries in panic, even going as far as to attack her rescuers in her distress... that sold me on this world, and made me realize just how important it is to respect and protect women in this setting, and ensure outlaws doing this are dealt with.

And of course, we'd met Colpis before, we knew what she was like and how much she loved her fiance and her town, and to watch her descent into despair as all that was taken from her just made it all the more heartbreaking. Some may get off to these scenes due to a power fantasy, but to the rest of us, they're a stark reminder of what we're fighting for and who the enemy is, and makes a character like Aster, who might seem villainous in some other settings, actually seem like a great guy here, because he may be a pervert but he respects women in his own way and genuinely wants to keep them safe.

So yeah. I also found myself starting to skip them because of how disturbing they are (Specifically the Act 3 one mentioned in the first post, go figure!) but I respect their inclusion for the worldbuilding and development.

(In fact, on a purely personal note, they disturb me less than Gurigura's H scenes. No offense to anyone who likes petite women, but I just find she's far too childlike for me to feel comfortable with. I like her chemistry with the party and being part of the family, but not as Aster's wife, if that makes sense.)

stop giving attention to SJW snowflake trolls. you're just feeding them. plus they don't know what they're missing. they let their fweelungzz prevent them from enjoying these work of art and frankly it's their loss, not ours.

personally what makes it hard is it's hard to find the balance between disturbing and edgy. it really all comes down to writing. I have lots of respect to writers now, moreso than gameplay.

this may sound trivial to you now, but for some people they really can't "get over" the disturbing parts. don't get me wrong, Colpis's heartbreak was... really heartbreaking. props to the writers for that. and to all those complainers who can't get over the disturbing scenes? all I can say is get the F out normie! what they're doing is no less than spitting in the writer's faces and its very disrespectful.

eh, who cares about women? especially 3d women? I like them girls. besides no one has the capacity to care for each and every one of them.

(Cropped for length to not clutter the thread too much.; the post about writing and normies and all that.)

You know, it's funny. I can't decide whether to join in on the "normie" thing or to defend them, and that amuses me. Granted, it's also a dilemma I've had for awhile, so this is nothing new.

On the one hand, a lot of the time, I'd prefer to associate with the average player than the elitists because of the attitude. I mean, if anyone was stuck at a boss in a game and they asked about strategies on the forums, would you rather see genuinely helpful and encouraging people, or "git gud?" Personally, "git gud" is just a bitchslap, a "no u" to someone who might potentially become a valued member of the community once they catch up with the others, you know?

But when it comes to story? I swear it does feel like the average person doesn't have the attention span for a good story. Forget buildup and payoff, they want action or they get bored, and even then, there needs to be 89% combat at the bare minimum. So in that regard, even though I don't want to, I kind of feel like I'm unintentionally a story elitist?

I just really love good writing: Multifaceted characters who undergo real development, worldbuilding and lore that really makes the narrative feel cohesive and whole, rather than a patchwork hackjob, etc. I have a lot of respect for the work that goes into a great story, and even consider myself a story-based gamer: I play more to see what happens next than anything else. It breaks my heart when a series' writing falls off over the years when they realize that the average gamer will be happier with a shallow, plothole-ridden mess than anything quality.

Point being, it's a good thing there's a warning on the store page to tell people if the game contains content they'd find disagreeable. More studios need to focus on an actual target demographic and build a loyal, stable fanbase rather than try for the mass market appeal and water it down in doing so. Respect to writers who aren't afraid to cross lines to tell a better story, so long as it's actually important and not played for cheap shock value.

LOL I lost it at the "Whole town of ra-pe victims is re-ra-ped" xDD

Yea maybe the Game description should include what type of sex scenes the game has. Like Ra-pe, Vore, Guro etc. or just regular Nudity/Sex.

p.s. I was just here to complain about the no Japanese Interface, it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying and unnecessary :(
