Did Momoguru Abandon Us?

We are rapidly approaching a year since the last minor update and we passed a year since the last major build last month. Has he communicated to anyone that he is still working on this, or did 'real life' take over and cause this project to get binned?

No one knows. There's a long discussion thread here that, in my opinion, has gotten out of hand to a point where I gave up. You might want search the Astrox threads and see for yourself.

so i hope, he is still alive an well...and has other issue, why he is not working on this fantastic game anymore!

The game is in the home stretch of being release quality. He's accomplished so much and come so far, stopping now would be a real shame.

Well you can thank Unity and it's new practices for the hold on development, maybe he is busy changing game engines, we can only hope.

Nah, they went back on that already. Since he's disappeared now it seems like that was more of a convenient excuse.

the worst part is, I really love the game for what it is. Such a shame if it is abandoned. But my opinion is that it is pretty much so.

I'd love to see more support for the game: more ships, a larger version of the campaign map, refining the various economical systems, etc. It may just remain aspirational at this point though.
