Stations, markets and stock
Something changed in a recent build... It used to be that when you played sandbox, pretty much all stations had a wide range of stock, but finding late level items (such as advanced warp drives) required travelling to stations a fair distance from the starting point.

Now, when I start a sandbox game, stations have very little market stock (in the sense of only a few different items, not the quantities), and the item levels are all over the place (in the most recent game, the starting station had more prototype items than it did generic items, which isn't much use to a starting character).

To be fair, I've been playing with the "station level" setting in sandbox - I've tried values from ten down to five without noticing any significant change in stock levels. I suspect I don't really correctly understand what the "station level" slider actually does - does it adjust the maximum level station you can encounter, the minimum level station you can encounter, or does it do something else?

It would be nice if there could be a slider that adjusted the number of different items you could expect to see in a station's market: I've given up the last three sandbox games after about five levels because I just couldn't find enough basic-level modules at the station markets to build a reasonable starting ship.

The last couple of times i've started a sandbox with stations set at lvl 1, I've noticed that there only appears to be 2 active modules and 0-2 passive ones at stations in and around the starting system. When i tried playing the HSE mode i was left with 1 small laser and no way of getting more. No way was I going to spend countless hours doing 10 damage to a 95k raider outpost to destroy it.... lol.

i will check that again. i did make some changes in 113 they may have nerfed this,

Great game overall, but this issue is a gamebreaker and needs a fix asap,
