There is not native support for controllers. However, there is a group of amazing individuals that love integrating full flight systems.

I do not know how advanced this is currently.

If you use CKAN

You can download the mod that adds capabilites for configuring 3rd party control sticks.

If you go that route you can trouble shoot it on the official forums under the thread for the mod.

This is amazing, you are truly my hero.. Part of the reason I struggled with wanting to play KSP2 was the lack of analog input. Flying isn't meant to be done with a keyboard. Thanks again!

I truly believe the dedicated modders are what make this franchise so great.

Analog input comes free with Unity. You have to do extra work to not offer controller support. This game baffles me.

Even less work if you just download source code and plugins without making anything by yourself, just unlucky that the code they used don't have controller support
