Why is this still for sale, at AAA price?
It is clearly a scam, at this point. Why is it still for sale? £45 for an abandoned (very) early access game.

Take 2. You are scammers, and don't deserve to be on Steam.

idk what you mean by small print; The "Early Access Game" disclosure is in a big banner right above the purchase button & has had the same rules for a decade at this point
& the rules state that the game is being sold as is; with no guarantee of future updates
this is debacle is not on steams hands

Companies say lots of things to try and idemnify themselves against future lawsuits. It doesn't mean their actions were legal, it just means nobody has bothered challenging the legality of their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in court yet.

Same thing in California. Companies can make you sign non-compete agreements all they want, but a California court will still void the agreement as soon as it hits their desk. But people still try to get their employees to sign this crap as a scare tactic, because the employees don't know what the law says.

Just because they put that in the fine print doesn't make false advertising illegal. At this point Steam is well aware the game has been abandoned, and continuing to sell it based on the old description / promises is nothing but fraud.
Cool story hanz. Let us know how your lawsuit turns out.

Are you lashing out because your lawsuit isn't going well? I guess you could go be the 12th person to sign that other persons petition if it'd make you feel better.

P.s. what makes you think I like Inept Games?

In France what you're talking about has a name: " non writable reputing closes", that means that this contract is considering without such a close rule even it's written on it and accepted by both of the parts
