Fixed that for you.
Gamer discovers early access title doesn't meet expectation, exceeds refund limitation 5x, ends up with 5x disappointment.
More at 11, back to Frank in the studio for our 'I expected perfection' segment.
You're in the wrong section, you should place this in the review section where there already is a big 'buyer beware' flag.
That flag can be seen by anybody who wants to hit the buy button.
It is longer than 2 hours.
Under 2 hours played = refund no questions asked.
Over 2 hours = will be manually reviewed, will take longer, but in KSP2s case, its been refunded beyond the 2 hour window, as has been the case in majorly broken releases.
Sent them the refund request, I mean...you already have a "no" in your head, go see if it chenges?
Now you know, and knowing is half the battle!

I have only refunded two games since I have owned steam, however, so this might be part of why they were willing to do so. The other, I had in a Steam conversation where the developer told me one thing and the game had something entirely different. That game was 40 USD, if I remember right.
If you do not abuse the system or overuse it in general, Steam is very helpful from my experience. I also research games before buying them, even ones that I have been anticipating. I was looking forward to this game for years, and am glad that I looked into discussions and reviews before buying it.
I am still hopeful that Kerbal Space Program 2 becomes something wonderful, but I do not trust Take2 to not pull the financial plug. If I see evidence that there is a commitment to see this through, and that the developers can deliver on their promises, I will gladly join Early Access. Currently though, I remain hopeful but not willing to bet on it with my money.
