Pinning apoapsis/periapsis
Is there a way to do this? I cant seem to figure it out. Thanks

Apparently, it's a bug, but there is an easy to install mod on spacedock that will fix you right up. If it's such an easy fix it boggles my mind how it's not already included in the base game. These devs are something else. So much basic information is just missing from the game.

If you mouse over the AP or PE icon (the actual text not the dot) the altitude and time until that point will show up in a little box over the cursor. Right click and it will pin it. At 1080p I have to put my cursor just to the right of the text.

Imagine releasing an extremely successful game about space travels with all sorts of amazing features and then making a sequel without even the simplest things working properly.

Sure, but once you go back to work on your node it will un-pin itself. That's the issue here. The mod fixes it.

They both also appear right under your navball if you need to refer to them quickly.

Only your current one, not the one after the maneuver you're planning. Which is rather important for planning maneuvers usefully.

Though yeah that is handy. It makes it a lot more practical to do things like orbital insertion burns without pre-planning them.
