You definetly lost me! I was playing KSP1 for many years, but this move was not good at all.
I have asked for refund.

don't be dumbd, just create shortcut to KSP2_x64.exe on your desktop, or follow the guide how to bypass the launcher again ;)

Sounds a bit like you were looking for a reason to refund and make a fuzz about it. Just click skip, it won't even ask again.

Well you can actually just go into the kerbal install and make a short cut from the KSP2_64x.exe and run from that bypassing steam all together and the stupid loader.
Your not required to sign up for anything.
