So they do exist in KSP 2, so i guess the Armstrong memorial is too. But i searched nearly 4 hours without any luck. Can anyone confirm the memorial is in fact implemented and maybe even share a screenshot with the location of the Memorial?!

Too answer your question yes. I have also seen new things from reddit post, of other things not ever seen in KSP1 on other bodies.

Wow, that golden arc is a even more interesting find than my stone one. Even i got over 500 Hours in KSP i never went out to look for these things. There was so much else stuff to do. The only thing i saw before was the Armstrong Memorial. So i do enjoy this period of time of KSP2, with nothing to disactract me from going out and search for these Anomalies.

Still haven´t found the Armstrong Memorial yet, and my fuel went low. Guess i will need to return to Kerbin and prepare for a second flight.
