Hello guys,

I played KSP 1 with a Hotas natively.

Does KSP 2 handle Hotas too ?

Thank you for your answers

Seems borked. I can't bind hotas controls to yaw or throttle. Also it doesn't bind to the full axis unless you make the movements quickly. Takes a few tries to get right.

Doesn't even seem to support a gamepad so no. I like analogue controls.

Very disappointing we can't even play a space and flight sim with a joystick...

Thank you. I will play KSP 2 when Hotas will be fully implemented.

i remember appolo 11 when the manually landing on the moon was made with joysticks.

No basic axis support in a flight sim. What the heck have these guys been doing all these years?

ya know....it is still in early access. Hotas could be something they might implement in the future. Devs said they released Early Access to allow players to provide feedback as to what they are looking for in the game.

I never tried KSP1 with a hotas but did it have good support?

I have a NXT Gladiator, and a Winwing Orion II I use for DCS and I wouldn't mind using those for KSP if I could.

I'd be more likely to buy this if it has hotas support.

I have a thrustmaster, a simple joystick system, gas manager and few more buttons used for group actions.

I found it very usefull for KSP 1. Excepy Spacex capsules where there is touch screens, every machine had joystick and more ti handle it. I never seen a rocket with a computer keyboard to flight it.

Game is barely working, HOTAS would be a wet dream in the desert.

It had the best support, you had 2 bindings for every button and axis and it supported more than 1 controller.

The devs did mention it somewhere in the interviews, its disabled for now but is intended to be reintroduced later.
