The Kraken Returns funny bugs

I was there on early access for KSP 1, I did some weird things and even built a 4,000 part ship that caused the game to crash resulting in the developers putting in build limits in the VAB. On KSP 2, so far I've encountered your normal glitches and bugs but the funniest one is when I tried to land on the moon.

So I got a ship to orbit of the Mun, the second stage wouldn't seperate from the last stage with the lander, thankfully I had enough fuel to land the entire thing in the second stage that got me to the Mun. I laid it on its side, then tried to take off again. The engine broke off the fuel tank and flew away as if it had fuel all on its own.
