It's just baffling that the devs thought noodle rockets are OK. But then, I have yet to see any evidence that the devs ever played this game. I sure as Hell couldn't sleep on some of these bugs, had I found them in my code!
But hey KSP 1 worked out okay enough, and the goals set for this one are higher and i have good hopes they will figure it out.
All the gameplay footage was saw pre-release must have been fake, so that's probably fake too.
