So don’t worry about “native” support. The community will get it to work.
Haha omg this is literally "Don't worry, we'll get somebody to clean that up."
We're the one's that gotta clean that up!
why not lol.
KSP1 has Linux Support.
That's a very bad mindset.
It's a realistic mindset.
Because they've already said that IF they do a Mac and/or Linux port it will not be until after they've finished the features for 1.0, and likely after they finish launching it on current generation consoles.
It's not a port. Unity runs native on Linux and Mac.
If it was just dependent upon the game engine and they could just tick a check box in Unity to magically have it make all of their code native on those platforms where "it's not a port" then please elaborate on why they've said potential support for other platforms won't happen until after 1.0; and likely after they have finished the "not porting it" work to bring it to current generation consoles?
Can you tell us what do you feel about virtual machines, wine, proton etc? Is there anything to prevent such attempts?
What about OPs question?
Read from ksp .com that these would be part of extended roadmap but didn't find the extended roadmap, please help
In any case, thank you Nerdy_MIke for cutting the wings of rumors
