im pretty shure you have to wait at least a few months for the modders to even start on those mods. From my understanding its still the Kerbol systme in game you only get more star systems not the Real solar system.

We expect modders to dig into KSP2 on day one. We recognize that the modding community has played a big role in the longevity of KSP, and we continue to be impressed by the mods that are released. The intent with KSP 2 is to improve the modding experience even further, and we look forward to hearing feedback from modders over the course of early access through our multiple feedback areas.

Are mods easyly convertable between KSP 1 and 2 or does it require a complete rewrite?

It will require a rewrite as this is a whole new game built from the ground up

I meant it will take some time for mods to get released if you think about rss it requires kopernicus and "only" an ksp version change took around 2 to 6 months for a more or less bug free version so i meant even if they start developing at the start it will still take some time, if the mods have much kontent or change many things. Like Realism overhaul with Rp1 it has around 15 dependencies and if you rewrite it all you need quiet some time.

Can you mod and replace the kerbal models into real human models? and animate them?
