So a no buyer for me if this game will be an Epic exclusive game. I don't need a million launchers on my PC to play certain games.

The announcement trailer doesn't show any logos - just PC. The release is announced for 2020 same as on the Steam store page. Don't allow Epic to cause panic with every new release. They're not worth it...

I will be waiting if it does. I want a GoG release though.
I've blown nearly 3,000 hours in KSP across multiple mod installations. Epic Exclusive is a no-buy from me.

More garbage software on my computer, more money getting paid to a platform whose largest investor is Chinese, me unable to save date to the cloud, unable to review games, unable to share my games with my family, and unable to stream my games to other devices. Epic is literally trash in comparison

If it's epic exclusive, it's a surprise discount i guess.

With no security to speak of... there is a reason people dont want the literal DRM on their computer. I Actually care about what I install on my computer.

f they do a phoenix point and go to epic last minute I will be donning my piratey eye patch. hope it doesnt come to that.

1581 hours in KSP (plus countless hours in those early pre-Steam alphas).

If they go "Epic exclusive" way, then they can stick it up theyr asses. That epic extortion will never see my money.

I was there. "Oh, I can have Steam, GOG, those Ubisoft and EA abominations and even some games without distributor and some games on CD's..."

That place is hell. It turns your PC into chaotic dumpster fire - every launcher does it's thing, everything takes screen space, desktop space, disk space, RAM and CPU time, everything wants updates and you never know - who exactly cripples your internet connection (most likely all of them in the same time). And you have to remember a lot of useless garbage info like: which launcer holds which games... did I buy that already?

One platform for all games brings peace of mind and order. And since I am having 569 games in here - no way that I am switching to some shady ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that want to *force* me to buy only from them.

I'll believe it when I see it. I've seen others say the same thing.
I dont have problem with another game launcher but forcing consumers to go to a certain shop to buy a product is plain and simple malpractice of business.
